Product Details

Switchgear foundations, anchor points, cabinet clearances and maintenance passages are coordinated against the equipment list before fabrication. This allows the enclosure and equipment interfaces to be produced together, so site work can focus on positioning, connection and commissioning instead of late structural adjustment.

Equipment foundations, cabinet clearances and service passages are coordinated before fabrication.

Equipment foundations, cabinet clearances and service passages are coordinated before fabrication.

Cable entry locations, route directions, sealing method and internal earthing bars are confirmed during technical review. ETENZ can prefabricate cable openings, fire-rated seals, trays and external earth terminals to match the approved protection and installation requirements.

For projects requiring a complete product, ETENZ can deliver the finished E-House with MV/LV switchgear, auxiliary distribution, HVAC, lighting, monitoring and fire-safety interfaces integrated and checked according to the agreed inspection plan.

Delivery Scope Options

Scope 1

Enclosure Manufacturing

For customers supplying their own electrical equipment. ETENZ manufactures the E-House enclosure with equipment foundations, cable entries, earthing, lifting and transport interfaces prepared to the approved drawings.

Scope Includes:
Enclosure frame, panels, doors, insulation and weatherproofing
Foundation channels, anchor points and lifting provisions
Cable entry openings, trays, earthing bars and external earth terminals
Dimensional, structural and packaging inspection
Scope 2

Enclosure + Switchgear

Builds on enclosure manufacturing with ETENZ-designed MV/LV switchgear, metering cubicles, compensation panels or auxiliary cabinets manufactured and installed within the enclosure.

Scope Includes:
MV/LV switchgear and cabinet design or manufacture within the agreed scope
In-enclosure installation and busbar or cable interface coordination
Insulation, continuity and functional inspection according to the project plan
Combined enclosure and switchgear delivery documentation
Scope 3

Complete Finished E-House

The final delivery scope is a finished product: enclosure, switchgear, HVAC, auxiliary power, lighting, monitoring, fire-safety and access interfaces integrated for site handover.

Scope Includes:
Complete E-House assembly with selected electrical equipment
HVAC, auxiliary distribution, lighting and service sockets
Fire detection or suppression interfaces, access control and communication provisions
Pre-shipment interface, earthing, document and functional checks

Product FAQs

Yes, when it is part of the approved project scope. ETENZ can supply the E-House enclosure only, add ETENZ-designed MV/LV switchgear, metering cubicles or compensation panels, or deliver a complete finished E-House with auxiliary systems integrated.

Yes. The enclosure-only scope can include the steel enclosure, coating system, equipment foundations, cable openings and seals, cable trays, earthing, lifting points and transport interfaces. The customer may install electrical equipment separately or add integration scope later.

Yes. ETENZ can manufacture and integrate to customer drawings, brand requirements, interface standards, batch delivery plans and inspection documentation, supporting equipment OEMs, system integrators and project owners with repeatable E-House programs.

They are defined by project conditions. Voltage class follows the single-line diagram and equipment list; IP/NEMA rating and corrosion class follow site environment and target standards; module size is project-specific. A 20ft or 40ft equivalent envelope may be used when suitable, but it is not a fixed product model.

Please provide the application, site location and environment, applicable standards, single-line diagram, equipment list, layout, cable entry direction and quantity, protection and corrosion requirements, transport limits, required delivery scope and estimated quantity.
